About Animal Flow

Unlike static yoga poses, Animal Flow is about constant movement. It acts as a full-body conversation between your joints and the floor. In my classes, we focus on specific movements like the Sabertooth or Spider walk to build functional strength, but I always emphasize moving slowly. It is not about how fast you can crawl, but how controlled you can stay.

Animal Flow is often mistaken for just crawling around, but it is actually a highly structured system of ground-based movement that improves mobility, flexibility, and core stability simultaneously.

Why incorporate it into your routine?

Many of us live sedentary lives, and traditional gym work can sometimes leave us feeling tight. Animal Flow opens up those stiff hips and shoulders by using your own body weight. We focus on four key components: Wrist Mobilization, Activations, Form Specific Stretches, and the Flows themselves.

What you can expect in my sessions

Whether you are joining my group classes in Bandra at Zenergy or Breach Candy at Nitrro, or training privately at home, we start with the basics. I pay close attention to your wrist health and shoulder engagement, especially if you have a history of injury.

This practice isn't about hitting the perfect pose to post on social media. It is about moving like an animal to become a more capable human. I integrate this with Hatha and Vinyasa concepts because I believe in a holistic approach. If you are dealing with back stiffness or just feel locked up from desk work, this movement pattern helps reclaim your natural range of motion.

Sab kuch dheere dheere hota hai (everything happens slowly). You do not need to be an acrobat to start. We will build your foundation, teach your body to trust its own weight, and eventually, you will find yourself flowing with ease.
