Guided Meditation, Kirtan & Breathwork Sessions
Yoga goes deeper than the physical. Join me for sessions that blend mantra chanting, pranayama, and mindful meditation to help you find calm in a busy world.
Singing and playing instruments in devotion is a form of yoga called Bhakti Yoga. Here is a kirtan for Radha and Krishna.
Kirtan is a valid and powerful yoga practice, just like asanas or pranayama. Here I am singing the Hare Krishna mantra.
Chanting "Om" has profound physical, mental, and spiritual benefits. It calms the nervous system, improves focus, and connects us to a higher consciousness.
Here I am teaching the method for mantra chanting and breathing. I explain how to use beads and how to sit in Padmasana for a stable meditation posture.

An infographic explaining how different flute frequencies can heal, from grounding low tones to spiritually activating high tones.
Today's topic is contentment (Santosha), from the Niyamas of Ashtanga yoga. I share my experience on how to practice being happy with what is.
Today I am sharing about Aparigraha, or non-hoarding. It is the practice of charity and giving without expectation, which helps remove toxicity from our lives.
Sharing my knowledge and experience on Brahmacharya. I see it as a practice of balance and discipline in all things, not extreme abstinence.
Today's topic is Asteya, or non-stealing. I explain how this applies not just to material things, but also to not stealing the peace of others.
About The Spiritual Path: Meditation, Breathwork & Kirtan
You don’t need to be a monk to find stillness. Whether it’s 10 minutes of diaphragmatic breathing to kill stress after work or a deeper dive into kirtan and mantra chanting, these practices are about clearing mental noise. I teach you how to integrate these small, grounding habits into your actual day, not just the hour you spend on the mat.
Beyond the Asanas
My practice isn't just about bending bodies; it's about shifting energy. If you've ever felt overwhelmed by the pace of life, these sessions offer a way to reset.
Breathwork (Pranayama) We start with basics like diaphragmatic breathing to lower cortisol and induce calm. It’s an instant fix for anxiety that you can do anywhere—even at your desk. We move into intercostal breathing and advanced retention techniques only when your body is ready.
Kirtan & Mantra Chanting Kirtan is Bhakti Yoga—the yoga of devotion. I bring my guitar to sessions, and we chant mantras like Om Namo Bhagavate Vasudevaya. It’s not about singing perfectly; it’s about the vibration and the release. This sound healing helps align your chakras and deepens your meditative focus.
Living the Niyamas I often weave yogic philosophy into our time together. We discuss concepts like Santosha (contentment), Asteya (non-stealing), and Aparigraha (non-hoarding). It’s not a lecture; it’s a conversation on how to apply these ancient principles to modern life. Whether you are dealing with burnout or just looking to connect with a higher consciousness, these practices provide the tools to build long-term emotional resilience.
Samarth Jani
I’m Samarth. I spent years chasing fitness metrics until I burnt out, which taught me that real yoga is about balance, not just breaking a sweat. Now, I use my guitar, some breathwork, and a bit of philosophy to help you find the same calm I had to learn the hard way.
