It’s not about singing perfectly; it’s about the vibration and the release. This sound healing helps align your chakras and deepens your meditative focus.
Living the Niyamas I often weave yogic philosophy into our time together. We discuss concepts like Santosha (contentment), Asteya (non-stealing), and Aparigraha (non-hoarding).
