For me, health is the asli (real) wealth. Sab log (everyone) want to chase success, but I say, start with peace and you’ll find success. And peace starts with your health. I’m not here to push you into crazy routines that make you sick. My aim is simple – help you get truly fit in a way that actually lasts.

Whether you’re prepping for a film or just want to feel better in your own skin, I keep things personal. I look at the choti choti cheezein (small details): your posture, technique, form. That’s how you stay injury-free and actually build up your body. Been there, done that – some clients drop inches fast, but real progress is about building confidence and sticking to it. We can train wherever you feel comfortable – my dojo, your house, your gym. Theek hai (okay)?
No Crash Diets, Just Sense
Crash diet dangers are real. I’ve seen people try those “fat and protein” plans, lose weight in a flash, then struggle for years. Liver issues, messed up digestion – I don’t want that for you. Slow and steady is my rule. First step? For 21 days, cut 20% of your food and swap it with water and salads. That’s your habit builder.

There’s a special batch for women’s fitness coaching led by our female coach – cardio kickboxing, endurance, abs, self-defence.
