- Format: Rotation of Cardio Kickboxing, MMA Conditioning, Ground & Pound Drills, and Crossfit style circuits.
- Combat Gear: Access to MMA Octagon (Cage), heavy hanging bags, standing wavemasters, and speed balls.
- Functional Gear: Usage of tractor tires, battle ropes, and agility ladders on high density EVA grappling mats.
Coaching & Guidance

- Diet: Verbal "Diet Chapter 1" protocol covering portion control and deficit rules (no personalized meal plan).

- Format: 1 on 1 private coaching focusing on rapid fat loss and inch loss.

Whether you’re prepping for a film or just want to feel better in your own skin, I keep things personal. I look at the choti choti cheezein (small details): your posture, technique, form. That’s how you stay injury-free and actually build up your body. Been there, done that – some clients drop inches fast, but real progress is about building confidence and sticking to it. We can train wherever you feel comfortable – my dojo, your house, your gym. Theek hai (okay)?
No Crash Diets, Just Sense
Crash diet dangers are real. I’ve seen people try those “fat and protein” plans, lose weight in a flash, then struggle for years. Liver issues, messed up digestion – I don’t want that for you. Slow and steady is my rule. First step? For 21 days, cut 20% of your food and swap it with water and salads. That’s your habit builder.

Mera naam Shafiq Shaikh, CEO hoon XFF ka. Log Shafiq sir bulate hain mujhe. Mumbai mein 2001 se dojo chala raha hoon. MMA fighter hoon, kickboxing champion bhi, par asli baat hai health aur discipline. Title sab kuch nahi, sukoon toh dusron ko strong banane mein hai. Bacche, professionals, celebrities - sabko sikhata hoon. Fitness laakh niyaamat hai, bhoolna mat. Life ki fight ke liye taiyaar karta hoon.
