Why We Train
Here, it's not about fancy machines or showing off. This place is my mandir (temple) and we're here to make warriors, not just gym selfies. We train for life - not just for looks. It’s all about building mental and physical strength, sticking to the grind, and doing what actually works. Easy? Never. Worth it? Always.
What To Expect
- Every session is different but always tough. No shortcuts.
- Functional strength training forms the base. Think tire flips, battle ropes, kettlebells, sledgehammer action, and ball slams. All this makes you ready for the real world, not just the gym.
- Old-school lifts like deadlifts, squats, and presses. We start where you are and push you to get stronger, step by step.
- High-intensity workout routines that mix strength and endurance - you’ll sweat, struggle, and level up. Mehnat kar, pasina baha (work hard, sweat). Rukna mana hai (no stopping).
The Vibe
- This isn’t a solo fight. You join a squad that pushes, supports, and laughs with you.
- Coaches are always around, correcting form and keeping you honest - no slacking.
- All ages, all bodies, total beginners or pros - everyone's got a spot here if they’re ready to put in real effort.

My Story
We’re Fit & Fight Club, but honestly, this place is more like a FightFam. People call it their mandir (temple) – respect, sweat, discipline, all of it. We started to build warriors, not just athletes. You’ll see a shy guy turn confident, women finding their own power. Coaches like Sanjivan sir, Ashok, Nayan, all of us, we train together, sometimes fight, sometimes party. We fall, we fail, we rise. That’s us.

What We Offer - MMA, Boxing, Wrestling, BJJ, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Karate, Self Defense, CrossFit, Functional Fitness, Warrior Conditioning, Weight Loss, and special ladies batches.
How We Coach - Coaches are on the mat with you - shouting, correcting, showing. You learn moves, but you also learn why and how to use them.
Who Can Join - Beginner, pro, kid, adult, woman or man – everyone’s welcome. If you want to work, we’ll match your pace.
Our Community - We host MMA fight night training, seminars with pros, celebrate birthdays, do Garba. It’s about growing together, not just sweating alone.
