My Fitness Philosophy: Sustainable Strength and Real Health

No crash diets, no gimmicks. Learn the simple, practical habits I use to train fighters and busy professionals in Mumbai.

If you want to start your fitness journey, don't jump directly to a strict diet. My first rule is to reduce your food intake by 20% and replace it with water and salads for 21 days. This builds a sustainable habit and boosts your metabolism.

About this collection

Forget crash diets. For your first 21 days, just reduce your current food intake by 20% and replace the volume with water and salads. It builds metabolic health and creates a habit that actually lasts, rather than one that leaves you exhausted and weak. Theek hai?

Why Most Diets Fail

I see so many people come to my dojo wanting quick fixes. They try those extreme protein or keto plans, lose weight in a week, and then gain it all back plus interest. That is not fitness. That is just stressing your body. My philosophy is simple: real health is built on consistency, not punishment.

Diet Chapter 1: The 20% Rule

You do not need to cut out the foods you love immediately. If you try to change everything on day one, you will quit by day three. Start by tracking what you eat normally, then simply reduce your portion sizes by 20%. Fill that empty space with water and fresh salads. Do this for 21 days straight. This gives your metabolism time to adjust without putting your body into shock. This is how you build a habit, not a temporary fix.

Functional Strength Over Aesthetics

I train people to fight, to move, and to live. Whether you are working on MMA techniques in our Khar or Andheri facility or training for a film role, my focus is on functional strength. We use battle ropes, tractor tires, and bodyweight movements to build a body that actually works when you need it to.

Real Training for Real Life

Whether you are a student, a parent, or a working professional, the goal is the same: to be stronger than you were yesterday. I do not promise magic. I promise hard work, discipline, and a clear path to get there. Stop looking for the fastest route and start looking for the one you can stick to for the rest of your life. Let us get to work.
