How I Train You to Be Your Own Bodyguard
I’m not here to make you just look fit - I want you to feel strong inside out. I believe in being 'Fighting Fit': ready for anything, not just the gym mirror. My training is about unlocking that hidden potential you probably ignore most days.
My Style - The Fighting Fit Method
I mix things up. We use traditional martial arts but in a way that actually works outside the ring. You’ll see bits of Kickboxing, Krav Maga, and Kali in every session, because real life isn’t predictable. What matters is that you learn what actually helps you if things get messy.
What Happens in Sessions
- Combat Kickboxing & High Intensity Cardio: We throw punches, block, kick on focus mitts and pads. Expect sweat, sore arms, and serious confidence. Sometimes we bounce on mini-trampolines, because why not?
- Strength Desi Style: I love using Mudgar and Gada - old school Indian gear that builds proper functional strength for everyday life. It’s low impact, boosts your joints, and makes you feel solid inside.
- MMA Inspired Fitness Routines: We use stress drills so your reflexes kick in when you need them, not just when you’re calm.
Who Can Join?
Don’t stress about your age, fitness, or injuries. You want to move, I’ll help you move. I make the plan fit you, not the other way round.
Where We Train
Most classes happen in my Bandra dojo. Sundays, we take it outdoors at Powai Forest Park. Sometimes, we chill in the trees too - shinrin-yoku, boss style (forest bathing, for the city folks).
