I’m Shafiq Shaikh. Mere yahan ek hi rule hai (there’s just one rule here): make yourself strong, but never to pick on someone weaker. Real strength is about respect, not showing off.
What Martial Arts Means Here
For me, health is the real niyamat (blessing). I want kids to get more than just kicks and punches. This training is for life - they’ll carry discipline and confidence from the mat into school, home, and even tough situations outside. I tell my students: sometimes the bravest thing is to walk away, but you have to have the dum (guts) to stand your ground if needed.
What Kids Learn
- Kids MMA training: Basics taught in a safe, controlled way, using gear and dummies. No unnecessary risks.
- Judo classes for kids (4-11 years): Balance, sharpness, and using an opponent’s force, not brute strength.
- Fitness & Gymnastics: We build agility and flexibility with moves like backbends and bridges - yeh asli martial artist ki pehchaan hai (this is what makes a real martial artist).
Future Opportunities
- We don’t just stop at the basics. Kids get ready for competitions, from school level to international. Some of my students have medals to show for it.
- Martial arts scholarships for students and sports quota marks can open doors - extra marks in exams, even chances at government jobs.

My Story
Mera naam Shafiq Shaikh, CEO hoon XFF ka. Log Shafiq sir bulate hain mujhe. Mumbai mein 2001 se dojo chala raha hoon. MMA fighter hoon, kickboxing champion bhi, par asli baat hai health aur discipline. Title sab kuch nahi, sukoon toh dusron ko strong banane mein hai. Bacche, professionals, celebrities - sabko sikhata hoon. Fitness laakh niyaamat hai, bhoolna mat. Life ki fight ke liye taiyaar karta hoon.

Fundamental Kickboxing Techniques - Kickboxing basics sikhata hoon, champion ki tarah train karte hain. Beginners bhi aa sakte hain.
