Standard Group Dojo Membership
Schedule & Venue
- 3 sessions per week (approximately 12 per month)
- 60 minutes per session
- Mixed batch training at designated community halls or outdoor zones in Ghatkopar, Vikhroli, or Powai

- Kihon (Basics): Repetitive practice of fundamental punches, blocks, and kicks
- Kata (Forms): Instruction in synchronized movement patterns for belt grading
- Fitness: High-intensity calisthenics including push-ups, squats, and stretching
Discipline & Mentorship
- Enforcement of Dojo Kun (rules), bowing, and respect for seniors
- Basic safety supervision during drills

- Mock matches with refereeing to simulate District or State championships

Why I Teach Karate
Mujhe lagta hai karate is more than just maar-peet (fighting) - it’s about sangharsh (struggle), growth, and showing up for yourself daily. I know luck matters, but I believe real change comes from hard work. That’s what I try to pass on in every session, no matter your age or skill.
What Happens in My Classes
- Kids & Adults: I keep things friendly, safe, and a little bit masti (fun) for kids. For grown-ups, it’s about pushing limits, improving fitness, and learning traditional karate techniques with a disciplined vibe.
- Karate classes for kids are focused on building confidence and teamwork, while adults get a mix of self-improvement and practical skills.
- Self-defense training Mumbai style: We don’t just learn forms, we practice real defense through kumite (sparring), kata (forms), and even some basic weapon drills for advanced students.
- For competitors, I provide karate competition coaching, covering all drills and prepping for tournaments.
The Journey & What You Gain
- Everyone starts as a beginner. We move belt by belt, with formal grading and certificates. It’s a slow process, but rewarding - I’ve seen kids start at 4 and hit black belt at 11.
- You’ll get stronger, faster, and more focused. But honestly, the biggest win is the confidence and respect you carry outside the dojo.

I hold sessions across Mumbai - Ghatkopar, Powai, Vikhroli, and Mulund. Indoor dojos with mats, sometimes outdoor parks. Wherever you’re ready to work, I’m there.

My Story
Main Rehan Sayyed hoon, karate meri zindagi hai 15 saal se. Middle class struggle hi asli cheez hai—sangharsh nikal gaya toh sab kuch khatam. Yeh main apne students ko bhi sikhaata hoon, chahe woh chhota bachcha ho ya bada. Government school mein free mein bhi sikhaya hai, kyunki jo mila hai woh baantna zaroori hai. Jab mere students championship jeette hain ya pehli baar confident khade hote hain, lagta hai jaise main khud jeet gaya. Bas, yahi meri asli award hai.
My Work
Karate & Self-Defense Classes - I teach karate to kids and adults, plus self-defense and kumite workshops. Corporates, schools, sab ke liye.
Realistic Self-Defense Techniques - Training is pura practical—maan lo koi knife attack kare, main turant sikhata hoon kya karna hai. No theory, only action.
Karate for Confidence and Discipline - Karate sirf punches nahi, yeh journey hai. Discipline, confidence, focus—sab kuch milta hai. Warrior banne ka mauka.
Special Focus: Kids & Women - Kids ko strong banana mera favourite hai. Women’s empowerment through karate—sabko easy aur safe training milti hai.
