Standard Offline Batch (Yoga or Kickboxing)
Batch Details
- Frequency: 3 days per week (Mon/Wed/Fri or Tue/Thu/Sat).
- Duration: 60 minutes per session.
- Group Size: 15 to 25 participants per batch.
- Discipline: Choice between Cardio Kickboxing or Power Yoga.
Venue & Gear
- Location: Community halls or school premises (Non-AC venues with fans).
- Flooring: Puzzle mats or standard gym flooring provided.
- Equipment: Shared use of focus pads, kick shields, and agility cones.
- Facilities: Basic changing area and shared washroom.
All-Access Warrior Pass
Training Scope
- Access: Unlimited entry to all weekday indoor batches and weekend outdoor sessions.
- Bootcamp Location: Aksa Beach or Gorai Beach (Sunday mornings).
- Drills: Sand running, ocean resistance training, and military-style conditioning.
Extras
- Mentorship: Direct supervision by head instructor Sensei Amit Khatri.
- Activities: Tug-of-war, partner carry drills, and stamina building.
- Community: Participation in team events and group challenges.
Live Online Training
Virtual Setup
- Platform: Live sessions via Zoom or Google Meet.
- Schedule: 3 live classes per week.
- Interaction: Real-time demonstration and form correction via video.
Workout Format
- Space: Adapted for small home spaces (approx 6x6 ft).
- Equipment: Bodyweight focus, shadow boxing, and yoga flows.
- Support: Brief Q&A and doubt clearing post-session.

What Drives Me
Fitness is my way of living, not just something I do for looks. I bring the spirit and discipline of karate into every group session, so it's about building real strength, guts, and a bit of that warrior mindset. I want you to feel like part of a tribe - we train together, push each other, and sometimes, crack silly jokes when things get tough.
Types of Classes
- Cardio Kickboxing - this one’s full-on energy, mixing martial arts group workouts with fast-paced moves. You’ll learn powerful combos and get your sweat on.
- Power Yoga - not your slow, chill yoga; it’s about strength and focus. We do meditation too, so if you just need to breathe and let go, this can help with stress.
- Fitness Bootcamps - serious strength and conditioning, sometimes outdoors. Ever tried doing drills on Juhu beach? You’ll find out how tough you are.
Who’s Welcome
I keep it simple - everyone’s invited. Kids (4+), adults, college goers, working folks, gents, ladies, newbies, fitness freaks. No need to be a pro, just come as you are.

My Story
Hey, I’m Amit. Been sweating it out for 12+ years under my guru, Shihan Yokota. ASAI India’s my pride, but honestly, my real backbone is family. Alpa, my wife, she’s my partner in karate and in life. My son keeps me laughing, especially when we’re doing Garba and spinning around. My students? They’re my second family. Watching them earn their belts, that’s the real joy. For me, karate’s not just a job – it’s my journey, my heartbeat.
My Work
Martial Arts & Fitness Training - I teach Shotokan Karate classes, Cardio Kickboxing for beginners, Power Yoga, Self Defence for women, and Fitness Bootcamps.
All Ages Welcome - Kids from 4, adults, men, women – we’ve got separate sessions for everyone to feel comfortable.
Train Anywhere - Join us at our Mumbai branches or online from anywhere. Flexible for your schedule.
Special Training Experiences - We do beach karate training and run the AISKF Warriors League for awesome team challenges.
