People think hitting a bag hard is the only goal. It is not. In my sessions, I watch for the small details, like your wrist angle or foot placement, the moment you start. That correction is what prevents a six-month injury and makes your training actually work. I am there to make sure you are learning the movement right, not just repeating it wrong.

Whether you walk into my Khar West, Malabar Hill, or Andheri dojo, the environment is the same. It is not a place for ego. It is a place for work.

Group Training: High-Intensity Circuits

These batches are about rhythm and conditioning. We mix Muay Thai kicks, MMA striking, and CrossFit-style circuits using tires and battle ropes. You are in a group, but I am watching. If the class is moving through drills, I am there correcting form. We keep these sessions at a high intensity because that is how you build real stamina.

Personal Coaching: The 1-on-1 Block

If you need specific results—maybe you are prepping for a movie role, recovering from a posture issue, or you just want a private space to learn the basics—we do 1-on-1. In these sessions, we do not just train. We talk about recovery, your daily food intake, and the small habits that actually move the needle. We focus on injury management, ensuring your knees and back stay protected while we push for progress.
