Sessions mix shadow boxing, heavy bag work, pad drills, kettlebells, sledgehammers, and partner drills. We build strength you’ll actually use - plus, bodyweight and cardio keep things interesting. Proper stretching is always part of the plan. Bahut zaroori hai (super important).
Nutrition: The Other Half
You get a personalized nutrition plan, reviewed every month. Wahi hai na (that’s key): your kitchen hustle matters as much as your gym grind.
