My Approach: Sukoon Mein Kaamyaabi

I don’t believe in chasing success if there’s no peace inside. For me, real strength means finding confidence and calm, not just learning how to fight. You should feel settled, sure of yourself, and safe.

Self-Defense: Simple, Not Showy

Martial arts, street fighting, and self-defense - sab alag cheezein hai (they’re all different things). My focus is teaching you how to flip a risky moment in your favor, even if you’re not the strongest person around. The trick is kam taakat mein zyada nuksaan (less power, more damage). You don’t need to be bulky, just sharp and quick.

Who Should Train

Honestly, this is a life skill for everyone. I’ve worked with all kinds of people - celebs, kids, office folks. I put extra attention on women's self-defense skills because I want you to feel in control of your own safety.

What You’ll Learn

  • Street safety training with practical moves, not lectures.
  • How to end a fight fast, using natural weapons like your knuckles or a solid lafa (slap).
  • Vital point strikes - where to hit so it counts.
  • Escaping chokes, grabs, and locks using simple tactics.
  • Facing knives or guns? I teach gun disarm technique and how to control weapons, not just people.

Training Options

I offer personal sessions at my Khar dojo or your place, plus group MMA and Kickboxing classes, and workshops for companies.

My Rule

Attack only if your opponent is strong. Never pick on the weak. Build your own strength first - health is your biggest niyamat (blessing).

My Story

Mera naam Shafiq Shaikh, CEO hoon XFF ka. Log Shafiq sir bulate hain mujhe. Mumbai mein 2001 se dojo chala raha hoon. MMA fighter hoon, kickboxing champion bhi, par asli baat hai health aur discipline. Title sab kuch nahi, sukoon toh dusron ko strong banane mein hai. Bacche, professionals, celebrities - sabko sikhata hoon. Fitness laakh niyaamat hai, bhoolna mat. Life ki fight ke liye taiyaar karta hoon.

Training in Many Styles - MMA, Kickboxing, Boxing, Self Defense, BJJ, Judo, Muay Thai, Taekwondo, Wrestling, Gymnastics - group ya personal, sab hai.

Women's Self Defense Classes - Ladies ke liye special self-defense aur fitness training. Simple, practical, har koi seekh sakta hai.

Kids Martial Arts & Special Batches - Bacchon ke liye alag batches. Discipline, fitness, fun - sab milta hai.

Practical MMA Training - Main fight aur fitness dono ke liye train karta hoon. Practical techniques, fundamentals pe focus.

Fundamental Kickboxing Techniques - Kickboxing basics sikhata hoon, champion ki tarah train karte hain. Beginners bhi aa sakte hain.
