I keep things real, no-nonsense. My approach to corporate wellness is about giving your team actual, practical self-defense skills, not turning anyone into a martial arts champ. Life can throw anything at you - kabhi bhi, kahin bhi (anytime, anywhere) - so I focus on what works when you don’t have time to think.

- Basics of self-defense made simple, for all fitness levels
- Maximum impact with minimum effort: target vital points, don’t waste energy
- How to break free from grabs, respond if attacked from behind, and escape weapon threats
- Special tricks like the ‘cloth choke’ using whatever’s handy - scarf, t-shirt, hanky
- All moves are practical, not filmi stunts
Team Building & Fitness
It’s not just about defense. I run energetic group fitness and cardio kickboxing sessions, all designed for team building through fitness. When your team sweats and struggles together, real bonds form. Sessions can be tweaked to match your group’s vibe and fitness level.

Main hamesha kehta hoon (I always say), health is priceless. I don’t push crash diets or shortcuts. With my employee wellness workshops, I focus on a slow, steady, and sustainable approach to fitness and nutrition - something your team can actually keep up with.
