What We Do Here

At Xtrem9, I don’t just teach MMA moves. This place is about changing how you see yourself. Discipline, confidence, and a tough mindset - that’s what you’ll get. Pehle din se hi (from day one), you’ll feel the difference.

How We Train

I mix up striking, grappling, and fitness so you get a full MMA experience.

  • For MMA striking techniques, we go deep into boxing, kickboxing, pad work, and bag drills. Technique matters, so I’ll keep saying, “Body ghumaao poora!” (Rotate your body completely!)
  • Ground grappling training combines judo throws, wrestling takedowns, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. You’ll learn how to control someone on the mat, escape, and finish with submissions.
  • Fighter conditioning workouts? Tyre flips, HIIT, and battle ropes make you sweat. We use weights and CrossFit stuff too, so your stamina goes up quick.

Who Jumps In

Doesn’t matter if you’re a total beginner or you’ve fought before. Adults, kids (3+), men, women - sab aa jao (everyone is welcome). I run mixed-gender, mixed-level groups and also have a fun, safe kids’ program.

Real Fight Prep

Want the cage? I run fight camps and MMA sparring sessions in our ring and cage. If you want to compete, I’ll guide you on fight strategy and weight cuts too.

My Story

We’re Xtrem9. Some of us coach, some fight, all of us stick together. Didn’t want a regular gym, wanted a fight club—welcome to the hood. Age? Just a number here. Doctors, office folks, 5-year-old kids, all train on our mats. Seen a tiny girl take down an older boy, no joke. Yahan pe, it’s more than muscle—mental healing, focus, and pushing limits. Har fighter girta hai, but we make sure they rise. No ego, just family.
