About Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) Training
Not Your Regular Gym
I won’t sugarcoat it - MMA training here is tough. This place is for people who want to push themselves, not just get fit. I see MMA as high-level problem solving, with real consequences if you mess up. We chase consistency, not just motivation. Every session, it’s about showing up, grinding, and improving bit by bit. If you want the easy route, this isn’t it.
How We Train
- I mix together what works best from different combat sports
- For MMA striking techniques, you’ll learn Muay Thai, Kickboxing, and Boxing - lots of padwork, bagwork, and partner drills
- Grappling is wrestling plus Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu basics - takedowns, submissions, and learning to control the fight on the ground
- We spar, a lot - some days you’ll be on top, some days you’ll get smashed. You’ll hear me yell “चल चल चल!” (let’s go, move it!) because I want to see that fire
Who Fits In
- Never trained before? Doesn’t matter. I’ll start you with fundamentals and build you up
- Want to compete? There’s a Fight Team, and my fight camp preparation is serious business
- Just want a full-body combat workout? You’ll sweat, you’ll be sore, but you’ll feel alive
- Men, women - everyone’s welcome, as long as you respect the grind
Beyond Fighting
- You’ll get mentally tougher, not just physically stronger
- Confidence comes from doing hard things - no fakeness here
- We’re a crew. We push each other, call each other out, and have each other’s backs
- I’ll push you, sometimes with tough love - “क्या कर रहा है बे तू?” (What are you doing, man?) means I see you can do better
If you want real MMA, not just a workout, you’ll find your place here.

My Story
We’re Dassault MMA. Not just a gym, we’re a crew that sweats, pushes, and grows together. You’ll see all sorts here – moms and daughters, six-year-olds, pros. Ryan came in clueless, worked hard, won his first fight. That’s the vibe. Discipline over downtime, grit over flash. We’re about building tough, cool-headed people, not just fighters. No filters, just real stories and hard sessions.
