At Xtrem9, I see every kid as a little sher (lion) with loads of energy and big dreams. The goal isn’t just to teach fighting moves - it’s to build kids up from inside. Yahan pe (Here), confidence comes before combos.
Mind + Body Training
- Discipline starts at the door, and the focus goes beyond the mats.
- Kids pick up real skills to handle tough days at school, bullies, or just daily life.
- We work on strength, stamina, and posture. No shortcuts - basics strong toh sab strong (when basics are strong, everything falls into place).
What We Teach
- Kids MMA classes blending striking (boxing, kickboxing), Judo throws, grappling, and self-defense.
- No scary stuff – it’s all safe, controlled, and fun.
- Martial arts for confidence building shows up quick, but the real change is in attitude.
For Every Age
- Cub/Cadet: 5-12 years
- Sub Jr/Junior: 13-17 years
- Even tiny warriors (from 3 years) can start.
Extra: Self-Defense Summer Camp
- Our children's self-defense summer camp runs in holidays for ages 5-15. Lots of play, learning, and a proper workout vibe.
Kids here find their own pace, no pressure. The energy is always high, and the support is real.

My Story
We’re Xtrem9. Some of us coach, some fight, all of us stick together. Didn’t want a regular gym, wanted a fight club—welcome to the hood. Age? Just a number here. Doctors, office folks, 5-year-old kids, all train on our mats. Seen a tiny girl take down an older boy, no joke. Yahan pe, it’s more than muscle—mental healing, focus, and pushing limits. Har fighter girta hai, but we make sure they rise. No ego, just family.
