About Kids' Taekwondo Summer Camp
What Kids Get Here
At Fit and Fight, summer camp is where kids burn off all that extra energy, try new things, and end up surprising themselves. We mix Taekwondo basics with fun and games, so every day feels different.
- Real martial arts moves: kicks, punches, even safe sparring with gear
- Agility drills, fitness games, and strength stuff that doesn’t feel like boring exercise
- Basic gymnastics - think cartwheels, handstands, and loads of stretching so no one pulls a muscle
- Board breaking and pad work - always a hit
Why Parents Like This Camp
What I see every year - kids walk in shy or restless, and after a few days, they’re standing taller and making friends. Our focus isn’t just on moves, it’s about growing confidence, discipline, and team spirit. The kids learn practical self-defense skills too, which is a big relief for most parents.
Who’s Running the Show
Me and Coach Prashanjeet keep things friendly but focused. We both believe in letting each kid find their own pace, and we don’t push anyone too hard. Everyone gets a chance, whether they’re new to martial arts camp for kids or already have a few moves.
No crazy promises - just a summer where your child gets stronger, braver, and has a blast.

My Story
We’re Aakash and Prashanjeet, and Fit and Fight is our second home. Every kid who walks in, from the tiny ones to the champs, becomes family. We cheer for every small win – from belt upgrades to international medals, like Pahal’s bronze in Thailand. Our joy is watching students grow strong, break boards, and step onto big stages. We’re not just teaching kicks, we’re building confidence, team spirit, and a place where everyone fights their own battles.
My Work
Taekwondo & Martial Arts for Everyone - We train kids, teens, adults in Taekwondo, martial arts, self-defence, and even run Taekwondo summer camp.
Fitness & Discipline First - Our sessions mix Tabata fitness drills, circuit workouts, and agility games to boost discipline and confidence.
Fun Training Sessions - We keep it lively – games, activities, laughter. Kids learn and have a blast, not just sweat.
Competitive Taekwondo Training - From local to international, we prep students for Kyorugi and Poomsae. Medals, teamwork, and grit – that’s our goal.
