We teach our kids that consistency is key. This video shows our young champs working on their boxing combinations on the heavy bag, learning that whether the results are good or bad, the only answer is to keep working.
It's never too early to learn how to be strong and safe. Here, one of our youngest students, just five years old, practices a basic Judo takedown on a bigger training partner, showing that technique and confidence are more important than size.

Get your kids ready for our Self-Defense Summer Camp. This is a power packed program for ages 5 to 15, designed to equip them with confidence, strength, and practical skills in MMA, kickboxing, and more.

About Featured
Our training happens in structured, age-specific batches to ensure every child gets the right attention. We split our students into 'Cubs/Cadets' (5-12 years) and 'Sub Juniors' (13-17 years), using specialized EVA foam mats for safety. Whether your child is just picking up the basics of boxing or learning Judo takedowns, the focus is always on form and technique rather than just mindless power.

We don't give out fake trophies. Real confidence at Xtrem9 is earned through sweat, discipline, and overcoming challenges on the mat. Our Mira Road facility is a warehouse-style space where kids learn to be comfortable in the uncomfortable.
The Curriculum
We believe in building a strong foundation. Our sessions run on a rotational focus:
- Striking: Boxing drills and Kickboxing legwork to build coordination.
- Grappling: Judo and basic BJJ moves that teach problem-solving and balance.
- Conditioning: Functional movements using tires, battle ropes, and medicine balls to build stamina.
Safety & Supervision
Safety is non-negotiable. With a coach-to-student ratio of roughly 1:12, we ensure every kid is watched and corrected. We start with basics—no scary, high-impact sparring right away. For those ready to step up, our 'Future Warrior' quarterly package introduces light-contact sparring with full protective gear in a controlled environment.
Life Skills Beyond The Mats
Martial arts is a tool for mental toughness. We’ve seen tiny kids take down bigger partners—it’s not about size, it’s about technique and mindset. By the time they leave the gym, they aren't just fitter; they are more focused, less prone to schoolyard bullying, and ready to take on whatever comes their way.
