About Kids MMA Program
Not Just About Fighting
I don’t run a program to make cage fighters. This is about helping kids build grit, discipline, and real confidence from the ground up. The mat’s where they learn to push through, work as a team, and handle both wins and losses with respect. Everything’s wrapped up in a routine that’s safe, structured, and yes - pretty fun too.
Life Skills Beyond the Mat
Kids pick up more than just punches and kicks:
- True confidence, not cockiness. They learn what they can actually handle.
- Focus and discipline - showing up, paying attention, doing the hard stuff.
- Respect for themselves, their partners, and everyone around.
- Resilience. Some days are tough, but they always get back up.
Physically, this is a full-body workout. They burn off energy, get stronger, and learn real self-defense. I see them stand taller and handle themselves better, which is a big reason parents look for anti-bullying martial arts for kids.
What We Drill
No shortcuts here. We drill until the moves hit muscle memory. Expect lots of “Chal chal chal!” (Come on! Move!) during class. The basics? Boxing, Muay Thai, Kickboxing, Wrestling, BJJ - all covered so they get a solid start in kids combat sports basics.
Our Space
Kids train in a safe, positive place with coaches who get how young minds work. Whether your child’s a total newbie or has some experience, if they’re ready to put in effort, they’ll fit right in.

My Story
We’re Dassault MMA. Not just a gym, we’re a crew that sweats, pushes, and grows together. You’ll see all sorts here – moms and daughters, six-year-olds, pros. Ryan came in clueless, worked hard, won his first fight. That’s the vibe. Discipline over downtime, grit over flash. We’re about building tough, cool-headed people, not just fighters. No filters, just real stories and hard sessions.
