About Self-Defense Summer Camp
In our camp, we ditch the theory and get straight to the movement. Your child spends 90% of the session on the mats, working through commando drills, obstacle courses, and real-world escape techniques. It is intense, it is fun, and by the end of the two weeks, they walk out with a bit more grit and a lot more confidence.
What Happens at Camp
This isn't a daycare; it's a training ground. Over 10 to 14 days, we strip away the fluff and focus on the skills that actually matter for a child's safety and self-worth.
The Core Focus:
- Real Skills: We cover the basics of grip breaks, headlock escapes, and street safety. If a kid faces a bully or a tough spot, they will know how to react rather than freeze.
- Modern Awareness: We tackle the world kids live in today, including cyberbullying awareness and how to use social media responsibly.
- The Workout: We keep them moving with commando circuit drills and tire workouts. It's designed to improve agility, reflexes, and physical strength without making it feel like a chore.
- The Grand Finale: We wrap up with a proper beach workout on the final day, followed by a certificate ceremony.
