Core Training Modules

- Batch Size: Groups of approximately 8-15 kids for social interaction and coach supervision.

- Frequency: Access to 2-3 sessions per week (alternating days or weekend blocks).

- Safety Gear: Usage of shared focus mitts, kicking shields, and punching bags.
- Training Surface: 25mm interlocking EVA foam mats for fall safety.
- Environment: Air-conditioned studio with wall-to-wall mirrors for form correction.

- Curriculum: Aligned with WAKO/WUMA standards to prepare students for belt exams.

Why I Do This
I train kids to be tough, confident, and focused - not just for the mat, but for life. This is not just about fighting moves, it's about giving your kid discipline and a sense of achievement. I've seen shy kids turn bold and rowdy ones find respect for others.
What Your Kid Gets
- Full-body workouts with a mix of styles like kickboxing, boxing, MMA, and even some Taekwondo moves.
- We don't just teach punching and kicking - I make sure every student learns how to stay aware, be sharp, and handle real-life situations. Like I always say, ‘ए भाई ज़रा देखके चलो’ (Hey brother, watch your step) - be alert, everywhere.
- Child fitness training includes fun agility drills, strength building, and flexibility routines. Serious ones get knuckle and finger conditioning too.
- Progress is clear - kids earn belts, starting from yellow and work up to black, if they stick with it.
- Some of my students have even grabbed medals at district competitions. For those who want the thrill, I prep them for the ring.

- Group classes at Juhu and Goregaon West, where kids push each other and bond.
- One-on-one sessions for focused martial arts for discipline and technique - at my center or at your place.
- We run special summer camps for kids self-defense classes and sports - perfect for school holidays.

My Story
Gold Medalist, certified Black Belt, but mostly, I’m just your coach here at MMA Fitness Zone. This gym’s my second home, my family. Watching students drop 20-30 kg, win medals (21 in one district tourney!), that’s what makes me proud. I love escaping to Rishikesh, dipping in Maa Ganga, or chilling in Gulmarg snow with my partner, but my heart’s always here with my fighters – kids, women, future champs, everyone’s journey fuels me.
