Kids Martial Arts and Confidence Training
At Xtrem9, we don't just teach punches—we build lions. From 5-year-olds to teens, our mats are where kids learn focus, discipline, and the guts to face any challenge.
This is our motto: Small Fists, Big Dreams. We believe every child has the potential to be a champion in life, and we provide the training and discipline to help them achieve those dreams.
We don't give out fake trophies here. This image captures our core belief that real confidence is earned, not given. It comes from overcoming challenges on the mat, which builds mental strength for life.
Hit hard, move smart. This illustration shows two of our students sparring, representing our philosophy of combining intelligent strategy with powerful technique. It's about training the mind as much as the body.
Judo teaches more than just throws; it teaches decision making under pressure. A coach explains a concept to a group of young students, highlighting how lessons from the mat apply to everyday life.
In Judo, our students learn to stay calm and think clearly, even when things get tough. This mental fortitude is a skill that helps them succeed in school, other sports, and all aspects of their lives.
Did you know boxing is one of history's oldest sports? We teach this ancient art not just for fighting, but for the incredible discipline, fitness, and historical connection it offers.
About More Than a Fight: Building Confidence & Discipline
Yahan pe, the goal isn't just to learn fighting moves—it's to build a kid's character. We teach them how to stay calm when things go wrong, whether it's at school or on the playground. Our mats are a safe space where they learn that true strength comes from discipline, not aggression.
We don't deal in fake trophies or empty praise here. At Xtrem9, we treat every kid as a 'Sher' (lion) in the making. Our training isn't just about throwing kicks; it’s about decision-making under pressure and building mental toughness that lasts.
Why Our Training Works
- Focus Beyond the Mat: We teach kids how to handle school stress and bullies through Judo, Boxing, and MMA. When they learn to control their body, they learn to control their reactions.
- Real-World Skills: This isn't just a sport—it's survival prep. We teach grip breaks, escaping headlocks, and basic self-defense that actually works. It's about knowing you can handle yourself.
- Controlled Environment: Whether it's our Mira Road or Ghatkopar studio, safety comes first. We use 25mm EVA foam mats and ensure age-segregated groups (Cubs/Cadets to Juniors) so every kid trains with someone their own size and skill level.
The Xtrem9 Way
We run 12 sessions a month, usually on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. It’s a 60-minute grind of high-intensity drills, battle ropes, and sparring. It’s hard work, but the results speak for themselves—kids who were shy and anxious turn into disciplined young warriors. We don't just want them to be good at sports; we want them to be good at life.
Xtrem9
We are the coaches of Xtrem9, and this mat is our home. We don't care about fancy equipment; we care about the kid who learns to stand up for themselves. This is a family where every student is supported, and every session is about growing stronger, together.
