Judo & Grappling

We teach the art of Judo and grappling to build discipline and problem solving skills. Students learn essential self-defense techniques like throws, holds, and break falls in a safe, controlled environment, which builds confidence they can use in all parts of life.

Self-Defense Summer Camp

Our summer camp is a power packed program for kids aged 5 to 15. We combine fun and fitness with practical self-defense skills from MMA, boxing, and Judo, all in a controlled and disciplined environment to build confidence and strength.
