About Grappling (Judo, BJJ & Wrestling)
Kya Scene Hai (What’s the vibe)
At Xtrem9, grappling for us is zameen pe jung (battle on the ground), not just a workout. Here, you’ll learn to control, defend, and submit, using dimaag (mind) and technique—sab se pehle (first of all), not brute strength. Our mats are for anyone looking to get real tough, mentally and physically.
Kya Sikhenge (What You’ll Learn)
- Judo: Master Gi throws and break falls (Ukemi), plus ground control drills like Ne-Waza. Hum belt system follow karte hain (we have a belt system), so you see your growth.
- BJJ (No-Gi): No-Gi submission techniques, with tons of rolling (sparring) to test yourself. Flowing from position to position is the real game.
- Wrestling: Raw takedowns, top control, and stamina. Wrestling is the base for our style.
Kaun Aa Sakta Hai (Who Can Join)
- Bilkul beginners (total newbies), fitness freaks, and amateur fighters sab welcome (all are welcome).
- Kids grappling classes from age 3+ for discipline, confidence, and some real masti (fun).
Training Ka Tareeka (How We Train)
- Warm-ups, conditioning, and strict focus on form—“body ghumaao poora” (rotate your body fully) is a mantra.
- Technique drills, then live sparring days for both Judo and BJJ.
- Hum short cut nahi dete (no shortcuts)—effort dikhao, results milenge (show effort, you’ll see results).

- Stamina, flexibility, and that X9 ke Sher (Xtrem9 lions) confidence.
- Practical self-defense, stress buster, and mental strength.
- Sab girte hain, hum uthna sikhate hain (everyone falls, we teach you to get up).

My Story
We’re Xtrem9. Some of us coach, some fight, all of us stick together. Didn’t want a regular gym, wanted a fight club—welcome to the hood. Age? Just a number here. Doctors, office folks, 5-year-old kids, all train on our mats. Seen a tiny girl take down an older boy, no joke. Yahan pe, it’s more than muscle—mental healing, focus, and pushing limits. Har fighter girta hai, but we make sure they rise. No ego, just family.
