Pricing Guide
Standard Martial Arts Training
Schedule & Venue
- Frequency: 3 to 4 days per week (12-16 sessions monthly).
- Availability: Andheri West (Tue, Thu, Sat, Sun) and Goregaon West (Mon, Wed, Fri).
- Duration: 60 minutes per intensive session.
- Environment: Semi-open school halls or residential compounds with natural ventilation (Non-AC).
Technical Curriculum
- Taekwondo: Stance work, footwork, and core kicks including Roundhouse, Front Kick, and Back Kick.
- Self-Defense: Street safety tactics derived from Wing Chun and Judo, focusing on blocking punches and escaping grabs.
- Safety Skills: Instruction in 'Ukemi' (the art of falling safely) to prevent injuries on hard surfaces.
- Sparring: Light contact drills using protective gear (provided for beginners).
Conditioning & Equipment
- Fitness: Agility drills using floor ladders and hurdles for reaction time and stamina.
- Flexibility: Assisted stretching routines on professional puzzle mats or artificial turf.
- Impact: Usage of handheld kicking paddles and large shields for power training.
Weekend Intensive Batch
Schedule
- Frequency: 2 days per week (Saturday and Sunday only).
- Timing: Late afternoon or evening slots (typically between 4:30 PM and 7:00 PM).
- Duration: 60 minutes per session.
Accelerated Curriculum
- Technique Focus: Condensed training on high-yield moves like 360 degree kicks and power punching drills.
- Conditioning: High-intensity interval drills designed to maximize calorie burn within the two-day window.
- Power Test: Occasional practice of breaking wooden or rebreakable boards.
Facility & Guidance
- Supervision: Direct monitoring by Black Belt instructors to ensure form correction during high-intensity drills.
- Equipment: Full access to kicking shields, punching bags, and agility cones.
- Assessment: Includes an initial session to assess fitness levels before joining the batch.

I don't just teach punches and kicks. I help you build real himmat (courage), confidence and a fighting spirit, so your own body becomes your biggest weapon. For me, self-defense is a lifestyle, not just a class.
Who Can Join?
Anyone. I train chote bachon se lekar badon tak (from small kids to adults).
- Kids (4+): We channel their energy and get them out of phone ki duniya (the phone world).
- Women: My women's self-defense classes are all about safety and confidence. #KickLikeAGirl
- Adults: Perfect if you want to learn something new, get fit, and feel strong inside out.

- We mix Wing Chun basics for focus and balance.

My Story
Consistency, yahi sab kuch hai. Main khud bachpan mein Tadasana 10,000+ baar kiya, issi wajah se height bhi achhi ho gayi (6’1” hoon main!). Yehi lagan main apni classes mein laata hoon - har pose, har bow respect aur discipline sikhata hai. Gaffar Pathan Sir se milna recently ek proud moment tha. Humari journey respect se shuru hoti hai, aur main chahta hoon har student mein yeh values aaye, step by step.

More Than Just Martial Arts - Yahan sirf fighting nahi, discipline, focus aur never-give-up attitude bhi sikhaate hain. Bachche phone se nikal kar confident bante hain.
Special Approach for Kids - Chhote bachchon ko patience aur repetition se skills sikhate hain. Kabhi unko bade bachcho se compare nahi karte.
Black Belt Dream - Black belt banna dedication maangta hai. Agar lage raho, toh body strongest weapon ban jaati hai.
