What We're All About

We aren’t your typical gym. At Xtrem9, I see us more like family - X9 ke Sher (the Lions of X9). Whether you want to throw your first punch or get ready for a fight night, you’ll find support and some serious grind here. Yahan pe, we believe everyone’s got a fighter inside.

How We Train

  • Basics matter. I’ll drill you on boxing and kickboxing technique till your body ghumaao poora (rotate your body completely) feels natural.
  • Expect loads of pad work boxing drills. One-on-one coach time to build speed and combos.
  • Controlled sparring in the boxing ring and MMA cage - safe, but real.
  • Strength and conditioning is brutal here. Battle ropes, tyre flips, CrossFit-style stuff. You’ll sweat, you’ll curse, but you’ll get stronger.

Who Can Join?

  • Absolute beginners - never punched anything? You’re welcome.
  • Kids (5-17) - we run special batches for discipline and confidence. Bachon ki training alag hoti hai (kids get their own style of training).
  • Women, men, anyone who wants to learn boxing for self-defense or just a new challenge.
  • If you dream of competing, our fight camp preparation can get you ready for events.

Safety & Mindset

  • You’ll always gear up: headgear, gum shields, groin guards.
  • Pick the right gloves, I’ll help you out.
  • Warm-ups and cool-downs aren’t just talk - I make sure you do them.
  • Victory favours the brave. Apni maa ne sher jana hai, mane kisi ka dar kona (My mother gave birth to a lion, I fear no one). Just keep showing up.

My Story

We’re Xtrem9. Some of us coach, some fight, all of us stick together. Didn’t want a regular gym, wanted a fight club—welcome to the hood. Age? Just a number here. Doctors, office folks, 5-year-old kids, all train on our mats. Seen a tiny girl take down an older boy, no joke. Yahan pe, it’s more than muscle—mental healing, focus, and pushing limits. Har fighter girta hai, but we make sure they rise. No ego, just family.
