Monthly Fighter Fit Access
Core Training Schedule
- Frequency: Access to 3 to 4 scheduled group classes per week (typically alternate days).
- Duration: 60 to 90 minutes per session driven by the Workout of the Day (WOD).
- Format: Group batches (10-15 students) mixing fitness enthusiasts and beginners.
Training Modules
- Conditioning: High-intensity warm-ups using skipping ropes, tyre flips, battle ropes, and bodyweight circuits.
- Technique: Fundamentals of stance, footwork, basic punches (Jab, Cross, Hook), and kicks.
- Bag & Pad Work: Rounds on heavy bags for power and controlled partner drills using focus mitts.
Facility Access
- Environment: Training in a non-AC, ventilated warehouse-style facility with puzzle mats.
- Equipment: Access to the Boxing Ring and MMA Cage during supervised hours.
Important Exclusions
- Personal Gear: Hand wraps and Boxing Gloves are mandatory personal purchases for hygiene.
- One-Time Fee: A registration fee is often applicable for first-time joiners.

Advanced Training Scope
- Unlimited Access: Entry to daily training sessions (Mon-Sat) covering Strength, Conditioning, and Striking.
- Sparring Eligibility: Access to weekend "In The Cage" live sparring sessions (subject to technique assessment).
- Fight Prep: Inclusion in the amateur fighter training cycle for competition preparation.
Technical Deep Dive
- Coaching: Personalized correction on micro-details like defense guards and hip rotation.
- Resources: Basic dietary guidance for weight management and full access to strength equipment (weights, pull-up bars).
Mandatory Requirements
- Safety Gear: To participate in sparring, students must purchase their own Mouth Guard, Groin Guard, and Headgear (not included in fee).
Junior Champs Academy (Ages 5-17)
Program Structure
- Age Divisions:
- Cub/Cadet (5-12 yrs): Focus on coordination and fun.
- Junior (13-17 yrs): Focus on technique and fitness.
- Timing: Dedicated evening or weekend slots tailored for school schedules.
Curriculum Focus
- Physical Literacy: Agility drills using obstacle courses, tires, and cones.
- Combat Basics: Non-contact instruction on shadow boxing, stance, and pad work (No heavy sparring).
- Values: Strong emphasis on discipline, respect for the coach, and mental focus.

- Enrollment: A one-time registration fee (approx. INR 500) typically applies to new junior admissions.

How We Train
- Basics matter. I’ll drill you on boxing and kickboxing technique till your body ghumaao poora (rotate your body completely) feels natural.
- Expect loads of pad work boxing drills. One-on-one coach time to build speed and combos.
- Controlled sparring in the boxing ring and MMA cage - safe, but real.
- Strength and conditioning is brutal here. Battle ropes, tyre flips, CrossFit-style stuff. You’ll sweat, you’ll curse, but you’ll get stronger.
Who Can Join?
- Absolute beginners - never punched anything? You’re welcome.
- Kids (5-17) - we run special batches for discipline and confidence. Bachon ki training alag hoti hai (kids get their own style of training).
- Women, men, anyone who wants to learn boxing for self-defense or just a new challenge.
- If you dream of competing, our fight camp preparation can get you ready for events.
Safety & Mindset
- You’ll always gear up: headgear, gum shields, groin guards.
- Pick the right gloves, I’ll help you out.
- Warm-ups and cool-downs aren’t just talk - I make sure you do them.
- Victory favours the brave. Apni maa ne sher jana hai, mane kisi ka dar kona (My mother gave birth to a lion, I fear no one). Just keep showing up.

My Story
We’re Xtrem9. Some of us coach, some fight, all of us stick together. Didn’t want a regular gym, wanted a fight club—welcome to the hood. Age? Just a number here. Doctors, office folks, 5-year-old kids, all train on our mats. Seen a tiny girl take down an older boy, no joke. Yahan pe, it’s more than muscle—mental healing, focus, and pushing limits. Har fighter girta hai, but we make sure they rise. No ego, just family.
