At Xtrem9, I don’t just teach you how to throw a punch. Yahan pe (here), self-defense is about walking with confidence, not dar (fear). It’s for real life - not just for a ring or mat. You’ll learn to trust yourself when things get tough.

What You’ll Actually Learn

We mix up what works, not sticking to one style. Real world self-defense skills come from MMA, Boxing, Kickboxing, and Judo. You start with the basics and build up, at your own pace.

  • How to handle grabs, holds, and attacks you might really face
  • Punching, footwork, and smart counter-attacks
  • Takedowns and grappling so you know what to do if it goes to the ground
  • Street awareness - spotting trouble before it finds you

Always in a safe and controlled space. No pressure to keep up, just progress at your speed.

For Women, Kids, and Groups

We run women’s safety training with practical tips for staying safe on the street. For kids (age 5-15), our summer camps teach self-defense techniques for beginners, discipline, and a little masti (fun). If you’re a company, our corporate self-defense workshop boosts team spirit and teaches skills that actually matter.

My Story

We’re Xtrem9. Some of us coach, some fight, all of us stick together. Didn’t want a regular gym, wanted a fight club—welcome to the hood. Age? Just a number here. Doctors, office folks, 5-year-old kids, all train on our mats. Seen a tiny girl take down an older boy, no joke. Yahan pe, it’s more than muscle—mental healing, focus, and pushing limits. Har fighter girta hai, but we make sure they rise. No ego, just family.
