About Our Young Champions
Competition isn't just about the medal around their neck. It's about what happens in our warehouse gym on Mira Road—the 6:00 AM sweat, the technical adjustments on the judo mat, and the way they pick each other up after a tough spar. When you see our kids on the podium, you're seeing the result of 12 intense sessions a month and a community that treats every loss as a lesson and every win as a team effort.
Preparing for the Mat
We don’t just train for fitness; we train for performance. Whether it's the SENSEI N.T. & M.N. BANGERA Memorial Judo Championship or district-level boxing bouts, our students learn how to channel adrenaline into technique.
The X9 Path
- Basics First: Before they enter a ring, they master the fundamentals. Our beginners start with 60-minute sessions covering Boxing, Kickboxing, and Judo drills.
- Real-World Conditioning: We use battle ropes, medicine balls, and tire circuits to build the stamina needed for the final rounds.
- Mentorship: Our coaches provide one-on-one feedback. It’s not about shouting; it’s about correcting posture, refining strikes, and building the mental toughness to handle pressure.
