Yoga Teacher Training Certification
This is a 300-hour journey beyond the mat. Join me for intensive, hands-on teacher training in Delhi, Gurugram, and the sacred banks of the Ganga in Rishikesh.
Our Rishikesh yoga teacher training is more than a course; it is an immersive experience. Here, we practice asanas and meditation by the holy Ganga, allowing the energy of the Himalayas to deepen our journey inwards.
Mastering the body is a form of meditation. This handstand flow demonstrates the balance of strength and ease, 'sthira sukham asanam', that we cultivate through dedicated practice in our advanced yoga certification.
True teaching is a service of guidance. In my YTTC, I provide personal, hands-on adjustments to help you understand the deepest alignment of each posture safely and effectively.
We are a 'kula', a community, growing together. This group formation is a symbol of the unity and support you will find here, where every student's journey is honored.
My path to yoga began with a call to serve. In this interview, I share my origin story, from my humble beginnings in a Haryana farming family to establishing Arya Power Yoga, guided by Swami Vivekananda's wisdom.
The certificate is a milestone on your yogic path, a testament to your dedication and transformation. I am proud to see our students complete their journey and become certified yoga teachers, ready to share this ancient knowledge.
Our training is deeply rooted in Indian tradition. We begin our courses with a 'hawan pooja' fire ceremony to purify the space and our intentions, creating an 'aadhyatmik' or spiritual atmosphere for learning.
Yoga is also about trust and connection. Through practices like Acro Yoga, we learn to support each other, building strength, balance, and a powerful bond within our community.
About Featured
This is not a quick certificate course, but a disciplined 'yatra' (journey) that balances traditional philosophy with modern anatomy. Whether in our Delhi and Gurugram studios or our residential immersion in Rishikesh, you will focus on mastering hands-on adjustments, alignment, and the art of teaching, not just performing postures.
Our 300-hour advanced certification is rooted in a comprehensive curriculum covering Power Yoga for strength, Hatha for tradition, and Ashtanga Vinyasa for flow.
The Path of Learning We do not believe in theory alone. You will study anatomy, Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras, and teaching methodology, but you will spend most of your time on the mat. You will learn how to guide students safely, using props and adjustments to fix alignment, and how to sequence classes that serve the body and the mind.
The Rishikesh Immersion As part of this certification, we take the practice to the banks of the Ganga in Rishikesh. This mandatory 5-day residential module is where the real transformation happens. We move away from city noise, practice pranayama in nature, and live the ashram life. It is here that you learn to disconnect from distractions and tune inward, finding the meditative state necessary to become an effective teacher.
Our Kula When you join this training, you join our 'kula' (community). We practice together, participate in 'hawan' fire ceremonies, and support each other's growth. This is a space where no one is left behind, whether you are a beginner or someone looking to deepen their own practice. You leave this course not just with a certificate, but with a support system and the confidence to share this ancient knowledge with others.
