Are you under the impression that yoga is boring and slow? *Toh chhodiye woh purani soch.* At my studio, yoga is about movement, energy, and balance. We offer over 20 forms of yoga, from Aerial to Chair Yoga, in small classes so I can focus on your personal goals.

My approach to teaching is hands-on and personalized. Here, I am helping a student safely deepen her Chakrasana (Wheel Pose) using a spine corrector prop. This is how we build strength and flexibility with proper alignment, ensuring you learn the correct technique from day one.

Our Yoga Teacher Training is more than just asanas; it's a spiritual transformation. We conclude our 200-hour and 300-hour courses with a sacred Hawan (fire ceremony), where we take a pledge together, receive blessings, and celebrate the growth of our newly certified teachers.

One of the most exciting parts of our curriculum is Aerial Yoga. In this shot, my teacher training students are practicing an inverted Baddha Konasana (Bound Angle Pose) in the silks. This not only builds incredible core strength but also helps decompress the spine and see the world from a new perspective.

*Ruko!* Did you know 80% of people breathe incorrectly? This can cause stress, anxiety, and lethargy. In this video, I teach the correct way to practice diaphragmatic breathing. This is a fundamental lesson in our training, helping you master pranayama for yourself and your future students.

Progress is possible for everyone, and sometimes it happens faster than you think. This is a student's split practice result after just one class. Using ropes for support, we were able to safely deepen the stretch and improve hamstring flexibility.

Most training programs hand you a certificate and wish you luck, but they don't teach you how to actually handle a room. In our batches, which we keep strictly small (8-12 students), you aren't just memorizing poses. You are learning to adapt sequences for real bodies, managing injuries, and using props like Iyengar ropes or aerial silks to make yoga accessible for everyone you will eventually teach.
