Authentic Yoga Teacher Training in Delhi
We don’t believe in quick-fix courses. Join Subhash and Nirankar at our Shakarpur studio for a deep dive into traditional Hatha and Ashtanga yoga, designed for those who want to understand the science behind the practice.
This is Trataka Kriya, or candle gazing. It is a powerful practice for developing concentration and calming the mind, forming a core part of the meditative training we offer.
Here, our teacher trainees practice Ashtanga Surya Namaskar B. We emphasize the vinyasa system, where every movement is synchronized with the breath to build internal heat, stamina, and a moving meditative state.
We provide hands-on assistance to help students safely explore advanced postures like Trivikramasana. Our small batch sizes ensure every student gets personalized attention to deepen their practice and understanding of alignment.
Our training covers the traditional Shatkarmas, or yogic cleansing techniques. This video shows students learning Jal Neti and Sutra Neti, essential practices for purifying the body and preparing for higher limbs of yoga.
Mastering inversions like Sirsasana (Headstand) is a journey of strength and trust. We guide students step by step, ensuring a safe and stable foundation to build confidence both on and off the mat.
A student practices Bhramari Pranayama, the humming bee breath. This technique is one of several pranayamas we teach to help regulate the nervous system, reduce stress, and draw awareness inward.
Our yoga teacher training is more than a course; it's a community. This is our family of dedicated students and teachers, supporting each other's growth in a warm and welcoming environment.
Yoga is a way of life that extends beyond the studio walls. We believe in 'abyhasa', the steady effort of practice, whether it's by the holy Ganga in Rishikesh or in our daily lives.
About Featured
Many teacher training programs rush through the poses, but we focus on the 'why' behind every movement. We keep our batches limited to 10-15 students at our Shakarpur studio, so you receive actual feedback on your alignment instead of just copying a screen. Whether you are looking for a 200-hour certification or a 300-hour therapeutic upgrade, you will spend your 1.5 to 2.5 months learning how to safely guide others through a practice that actually works.
A Traditional Path to Teaching
Yoga is more than just stretching. It is a way of life—what we call zindagi ka ek part. Our Yoga Alliance certified training (200-hour and 300-hour) is built for students who are ready to move beyond the physical and understand the roots of the practice.
What you will actually do:
- Asana Alignment: You will master Hatha and Ashtanga Vinyasa. We don't just teach you to do the pose; we teach you how to adjust and assist others safely.
- Shatkarma Cleansing: We do the messy stuff. You will learn the six traditional cleansing techniques, including Jal Neti and Sutra Neti, to purify the body.
- Philosophy & Anatomy: We read the Patanjali Yoga Sutras and the Bhagavad Gita, not just as stories, but as guides for daily teaching.
- Therapeutic Protocols: Our 300-hour advanced course covers disease management—helping clients with BP, Thyroid, and back pain using yoga therapy.
Why Train With Us?
We aren't a massive corporate academy. We are a family. You will see us practicing by the Ganga or celebrating festivals together. This isn't a factory for certifications; it is a space for abhyasa (practice) and vairagya (non-attachment).
When you finish, you don't just get a certificate that works globally; you leave with the confidence to start your own classes. We are here to support you during the course and long after you start your own teaching journey. If you have been looking for a place where 'Yoga hi jeevan ka ek aadhaar hai' (Yoga is the foundation of life) isn't just a tagline, you’ve found it.
