In this clip from an online class, I am providing specific verbal cues to a student to help her refine her posture. This is how I ensure you are practicing safely and effectively, even through a screen.
Here, I am guiding students through a wall supported squat variation in an online class. I explain how to modify the pose based on individual levels, ensuring everyone gets a challenging yet accessible practice.
Due to popular demand, I've added more online batches. This allows more people to experience instruction led yoga with personal attention from the comfort of their own space.

This was our setup for Ayudh Pooja, where we honor the tools of our practice. Post Covid, our laptops and the Zoom app have become essential tools, connecting us with our online students.
About Live Online Classes
Many think online yoga is just following a video, but here, we keep batches capped at 8-12 students. This allows me to actually see you on screen, correct your form in real-time, and offer modifications just as if you were in the studio. Whether you are working on your alignment or just trying to show up on the mat, you won't be anonymous here.
Does online yoga actually work?
Yes, but only if it is taught the right way. Most online classes are 'follow the leader' setups where you just watch a screen. My approach is different. Because I limit my batches to 8-12 people, I can offer the same standard of instruction as my in-studio classes.
What to expect in our sessions
- Real-Time Corrections: I don't just demo poses. I watch you, analyze your movement, and give you specific verbal cues to adjust your posture, keep your chest lifted, or engage your core correctly.
- Prop-Assisted Learning: You don't need a fancy studio to progress. I teach you how to use common household items or basic props to modify difficult poses so they work for your specific body and range of motion.
- Consistent Structure: We run Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin sessions that follow a logical progression, not random flows.
How to get started
All you need is a stable internet connection, a quiet corner, and a mat. I recommend setting your device at a distance where I can see your full body. Even if you are a beginner or dealing with stiffness, these sessions are designed to help you build strength and mobility without the need for a commute.
