In my online classes, I do more than just lead. Because I use a live, two-way video format, I can provide verbal corrections on your alignment just as I would in a studio. You are not just following a recorded video; you are learning how to do each pose safely, whether you are working on deep backbends or complex balancing postures.
My online sessions are designed for those who want real progress, not just a workout. 'Vivarta' means transformation, and that applies just as much to home practice as it does to the studio.
How My Online Classes Work
These are not pre-recorded lessons. I host live, interactive sessions over Zoom and Google Meet.
- Two-Way Interaction: You need your camera on so I can see your posture. I give verbal corrections to ensure your alignment is correct, helping you avoid injury and get the most out of every stretch.
- Bilingual Instruction: I explain every movement in both English and Kannada, making the instruction accessible and easy to follow.
- Comprehensive Structure: Each 60-minute session is designed to flow naturally. We start with Om chanting and centering, move into Surya Namaskar variations, work on core and spinal health through specific asanas, and finish with Pranayama and Shavasana.
