Online doesn't mean practicing alone or guessing if you are doing a pose right. In our live Zoom sessions, I and my team give you active verbal cues and real-time corrections on your alignment, exactly as we would in the studio. You get the same anatomical explanations and personalized attention you would expect in-person, minus the Mumbai traffic.
