Why I Do This
Every woman should feel strong enough to walk anywhere without fear. I started this because I've seen how knowing a few real moves can totally flip your confidence. Here, it's not about aggression, but about believing you can handle yourself, no matter what. That feeling? Game changer.
How We Train
- I lead every session myself, so you don’t have to worry about getting lost.
- We focus on practical self-defense for women—stuff that actually works outside the studio.
- You'll learn to punch and block correctly, react during emergencies, and yes, you’ll probably feel like
jaan nikal jaati hai(it gets exhausting) with the punching bag drills, but that’s how you get seriously strong. - Each class is about building up your confidence, not just muscles.
Kickboxing: Not Just Fitness
Kickboxing for beginners is a big part of our training. You’ll burn calories like crazy, tone your body, and seriously punch your stress away. It’s a mix of sweat and smiles, and honestly, nothing feels better.
The Vibe
This is a women-only space for a reason. No judgement, just plenty of masti (fun) and real support. We’re all about celebrating wins, big or small. Doesn’t matter if you’ve never tried anything like this before—everyone’s welcome.

My Story
Namaste! Sarika here - TDFS is my second home, and all the ladies who join are like family. Yahaan pe (here) fitness means masti, dance, festivals, and lots of desi swag. We laugh, celebrate, sometimes get strict, but always support each other. Kabhi dumbbell games, kabhi tug of war, but always working hard. I teach self-defence too - want women to be strong, inside-out. My fitness fam’s energy keeps me going. This is our sisterhood.
