Learning to defend yourself starts with mastering the basics. In our self-defense training, we use punching bags to help you develop power and proper form. I guide each client to ensure they feel confident and capable.
Our kickboxing practice sessions are packed with energy. You will learn fundamental striking techniques in a dynamic group setting. It’s a fantastic way to improve your coordination, burn calories, and punch away stress.
This is a glimpse into a typical kickboxing and aerobics fusion class. We combine punches, kicks, and cardio movements to create a full-body workout that is both effective and engaging. You will feel stronger with every session.
About Kickboxing & Practical Self-Defense
The kickboxing we do here isn't about stepping into a ring to fight. It's about learning how to throw a proper punch and keep your guard up if you ever need to. My goal is to build your physical strength while giving you the confidence to handle an emergency, all while burning major calories with a group that actually has your back.
When you join these sessions, don’t expect a standard gym routine where you just stand around. We mix aerobics, HIIT, and heavy bag work to keep your heart rate up and your muscles working. You will be learning the basics—how to hold a stance, how to block, and how to throw a strike that actually has power behind it.
My students often tell me they feel exhausted by the end of it—we call it 'jaan nikal jaati hai'—but that exhaustion is exactly how you build real stamina. The focus here is practical safety. We aren't training for a ring fight; we are training so you can handle yourself if a situation ever arises outside these four walls.
If you are in Vishnu Garden or near Tilak Nagar, come by. This is a ladies-only space because I know how uncomfortable mixed gyms can feel for some women. Here, you train, you laugh, you sweat with other women, and you walk out feeling a little bit more fearless than when you walked in.
