Why I Do This
Fitness isn't about quick fixes or squeezing into a lehenga for shaadi season. I've spent over 20 years helping women make movement a real part of their lives. What I do is simple: help you feel good and actually want to come back for more.
Who Will Fit Right In
If you’re someone who’s always putting others first, but never gets time for yourself, this is honestly for you. My studio is just for women - all ages, all sizes, all fitness levels. We call ourselves 'paglis' because we’re a little crazy about supporting each other. You might be a newbie, or maybe you’ve danced before - either way, you’ll find your crowd.
What Happens in Class
- No boring gym stuff here. Every session is a mix to keep things interesting.
- We go heavy on dance cardio - it’s the heart of everything. Total dil se (from the heart) energy.
- Expect HIIT, Tabata, and bodyweight stuff for that strong, toned look. Yup, we target the 'mummy pouch' too.
- Pilates and stretching sneak in to help your posture and flexibility.
- Nutrition guidance comes with the package, but no crazy diets or food guilt.

My Story
Hey, I’m Sonia. Two decades back, I ditched my 9-to-5 and started Dance to Fitness just for women. Life’s a full-on mix of family, workouts, and celebrations – you’ll spot me grooving at weddings or sweating it out with my daughter. I’m all about enjoying every moment, whether it’s Pujo hopping or Karwachauth, and being fit enough to rule my own throne (aka, the couch).

Ladies-Only Community - Our studio is just for women. We’re like family, and everyone’s treated like my bacchas.
