3-Month Comprehensive Tactics Course
Core Curriculum
- Duration: 12 weeks of weekend training (approx. 24 sessions).

Kit & Conditioning
- Gear Included: Price covers a personal starter kit (Gloves & Shin Guards) from the pro shop.
- Fitness: 15 to 20 minutes per session dedicated to HIIT combat conditioning.
- Facilities: Full access to strength equipment (kettlebells, tires) and MMA cage during batch timings.
Assessment
- Registration: Includes one-time academy registration fee.
- Grading: Eligible for end-of-quarter skill assessment.
2-Day "Panic Proof" Intensive
Workshop Structure
- Duration: 2 consecutive days (Sat & Sun), 3 hours per day.
- Focus: Zero sport content. 100% survival tactics including eye gouges, throat strikes, and groin kicks.
- Scenarios: Role-playing attacks in ATMs, parking lots, and cabs inside the MMA cage.
Instruction & Amenities
- Coaching: Led by Senior Instructors with a high instructor-to-student ratio.
- Gear: Protective padding provided by the academy. No purchase necessary.
- Extras: Participation Certificate included. First aid support on standby.
1-Month Street Ready Weekend Module
Training Specs
- Schedule: 8 weekend sessions (Sat & Sun), 60 to 75 minutes each.
- Batch Size: Mixed gender group of 15 to 20 students led by Black Belt instructors.
- Intensity: Medium-High. Includes cardio-heavy warmups and stress drills to mimic panic.
Curriculum
- Striking: Mechanics of the Jab, Cross, and Teep (groin kick).
- Escapes: Defenses against hair grabs, wrist holds, and standing chokeholds.
- Reflexes: Drills designed to reduce freezing under pressure.
- Safety: Basic break-falls (Ukemi) to prevent injury on ground impact.

- Flooring: Standard 25mm EVA puzzle mats.
- Equipment: Access to wall-mounted bags, MMA cage panels, and communal Thai pads.

Who Can Join
- Self-defense for women is a huge focus here. We run women-only camps and workshops - safe, supportive, and judgment-free.
- Kids (4+) get basics mixed with fun, discipline, and confidence.
- Never done any fitness? Doesn’t matter. If you’re ready to learn, I’m ready to teach.
What’s Different
- We run short, intensive workshops and camps, sometimes totally free for women.
- You’ll find self-defense mixed into our regular fitness batches - boxing, cardio, CrossFit.
- Free trial class always available, so you can get the vibe before deciding.
Our Rule
Respect is everything here. ‘Aap jo self defense seekh rahe ho na, hum aapas mein ek doosre ko nahi maarenge’ (The self-defense you’re learning, we won’t use it to hit each other). The goal is a safer, stronger you - not to hurt others.
