Feel the energy of our kickboxing sessions. This is one of my most popular offerings, perfect for beginners. We focus on proper form for punches and kicks in a high-energy group setting that makes burning calories and relieving stress feel incredible.

Fitness here is about challenging yourself while having fun. Our plank hold competitions are a perfect example of our community spirit. We cheer for each other, push one another to hold on for that extra second, and celebrate everyone’s effort, not just the winner.
