Feel the energy of our kickboxing sessions. This is one of my most popular offerings, perfect for beginners. We focus on proper form for punches and kicks in a high-energy group setting that makes burning calories and relieving stress feel incredible.

Fitness here is about challenging yourself while having fun. Our plank hold competitions are a perfect example of our community spirit. We cheer for each other, push one another to hold on for that extra second, and celebrate everyone’s effort, not just the winner.
We honor strength in all its forms. This soldier-inspired workout was designed to build serious endurance and mental toughness. It’s a challenging drill that reminds us of the discipline required to become truly strong, both inside and out.
