About Women's Self-Defense Classes
Why I Teach Self-Defense
For me, self-defense is much more than just learning punches and kicks. It’s about aatmanirbharta (self-reliance), finding courage, and knowing your own strength. When you step into my class, you leave abla (weakness) at the door. I want every woman to feel, apni izzat apne haath mein (your respect is in your hands). We train like aaj ki naari (today’s woman) - ready to handle anything.
What You’ll Learn
- I focus on practical self-defense moves for women – escapes, basic strikes, and ground defense. No complicated stuff, just what works in real life.
- We build self-defense confidence. It’s not just muscle, it’s mindset - awareness, quick thinking, and guts to act under pressure.
- Physical fitness for women's protection is a big part of my classes. We do cardio, weights, and bodyweight stuff. Not gonna lie, it’s tough, but you get stronger every week.
How Classes Run
- Partner drills so you learn by doing, not by watching.
- Pad and bag work for power and technique (plus, it’s a solid workout).
- Every session includes strength circuits – you’ll feel the burn, but that’s how you grow.
- If you want to level up, I offer a progressive belt system so you can track your skills over time.
Who Can Join
- Regular group classes in Gurgaon for anyone wanting steady growth and a supportive vibe.
- Hands-on self-defense workshops for corporate teams, societies, or even your friend group. I can come to your place or you can join me at my center.

My Story
Family is my anchor—my husband, my boys Aarav and Zahan, and our crazy dog. Time flies, especially when Aarav’s running marathons with me, or just pretending to! I’m all about soaking up the ‘masti’ (fun) with my kids, playing, laughing, getting messy. I’m a mother, friend, sometimes a total ‘khatron ke khiladi’ (daredevil). I don’t believe in being ‘abla’ (helpless). Women have guts, and our real power comes from love, life, and just showing up every day.
My Work
Martial Arts & Self Defence Training - I teach Karate, weapon forms, Jiu-Jitsu grappling, and focus on women's self defence classes.
Empowering Women - My workshops help women build confidence and strength. Apni izzat apne haath mein.
Hands-On, Practical Learning - We do, we learn. My style is all about practical karate training and adapting with every move.
Consistency & Practice - Strength comes from showing up and repeating. One rep at a time, even on lazy days.
