What You’ll Actually Learn

Koi Bahana Nahi (No Excuses)
Self-defense for women is a big focus, but our beginner self-defense classes are open to all ages and genders. Never thrown a punch? Doesn’t matter. All fitness levels welcome. Just show up and put in the work.

My Story
Meri kahani simple hai - gira, utha, seekha. Logon ne bola nahi kar sakta, ab main wahi kar raha hoon. Jab lagta hai sab khatam, par tu bacha rehta hai, toh kya gaya? Bas, uth jao, phir dekho kaise itihas banta hai. Fighting Choice sirf gym nahi hai, yeh family hai. TEAM_FC_CLUB mein har jeet saath mein manate hain - state ho ya national. MMA Secretary banna bhi ek zimmedari hai - fighters ko top tak le jaana hai.
