I truly believe fitness should be fun, not stressful. Yahan (here), no one is judged for skipping meals or chasing quick fixes - that's not our style. We're all about real, lasting change, and I treat every woman like family.

What We Do Here

  • Dance workout classes for women: Zumba, Bollywood, Bhangra - all full masti (fun), all sweat!
  • Women's strength training group: Dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, HIIT, circuit training - we build real strength together.
  • Mind and body focus: Power Yoga, Pilates, stretching - we work heavily on posture and core.
  • Games & challenges: Sometimes, we just play. Fitness can be a game, too!

With 15+ years leading group classes, I make sure everyone's safe. You'll hear me say 'Back bilkul straight!' a lot. I lead every session, showing the moves live, and making sure you get the most out of every workout.

My Story

Namaste! Sarika here - TDFS is my second home, and all the ladies who join are like family. Yahaan pe (here) fitness means masti, dance, festivals, and lots of desi swag. We laugh, celebrate, sometimes get strict, but always support each other. Kabhi dumbbell games, kabhi tug of war, but always working hard. I teach self-defence too - want women to be strong, inside-out. My fitness fam’s energy keeps me going. This is our sisterhood.
