What We Do Here
- Dance workout classes for women: Zumba, Bollywood, Bhangra - all full masti (fun), all sweat!
- Women's strength training group: Dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, HIIT, circuit training - we build real strength together.
- Mind and body focus: Power Yoga, Pilates, stretching - we work heavily on posture and core.
- Games & challenges: Sometimes, we just play. Fitness can be a game, too!

With 15+ years leading group classes, I make sure everyone's safe. You'll hear me say 'Back bilkul straight!' a lot. I lead every session, showing the moves live, and making sure you get the most out of every workout.
