Fitness That Feels Like Play
I started these batches because so many parents in my regular classes wanted something fun for their kids, not the usual boring drills. My main rule? Fitness can't feel like punishment. Here, kids laugh, move, and actually look forward to coming back.
What Happens in Class
- Every session is different - we don’t stick to one thing, so boredom never gets a chance.
- Dance & Zumba: Cardio gets a total makeover with kid-friendly moves, loads of masti (fun), and music.
- Yoga & Flexibility: We focus on simple stretches and poses, helping with posture and strength. Yoga for kids flexibility is a big part.
- Fun Fitness Games: Your little one will be sweating and giggling, not even realizing they’re working out. These are fun fitness activities for children, not drills.
- Mindfulness Moments: Short, sweet meditations that help with focus and calming those chanchal (restless) minds.

My Story
Namaste! Sarika here - TDFS is my second home, and all the ladies who join are like family. Yahaan pe (here) fitness means masti, dance, festivals, and lots of desi swag. We laugh, celebrate, sometimes get strict, but always support each other. Kabhi dumbbell games, kabhi tug of war, but always working hard. I teach self-defence too - want women to be strong, inside-out. My fitness fam’s energy keeps me going. This is our sisterhood.
