Inspired by the toughest training, our soldier workout builds resilience like nothing else. This obstacle course drill focuses on strength, agility, and teamwork, pushing you to discover a new level of determination.
This mat-based workout focuses on core strength and control. With quick transitions between movements like squats and holds, I keep the energy high and ensure every muscle is engaged. You can hear me calling "Fast fast fast" to keep the momentum going.
Effort is important, but expert guidance is what creates real transformation. Here, I am guiding my clients through a challenging agility ladder drill, ensuring they maintain correct form to maximize results and prevent injury.

My approach to group fitness in Vishnu Garden is practical. We avoid boring, static exercises in favor of dynamic training that mimics real-life movement. Each 60-minute class blends HIIT conditioning with strength drills to improve your stamina and coordination.
You will work with agility ladders to improve footwork, use heavy bags for power, and tackle bodyweight challenges that get you stronger every week. This is not just about weight loss. It is about building a body that is capable and resilient.
