A glimpse into our journey from Kunjapuri sunrises to Ganga bank meditation, connecting with the Shakti within.

At the Kunjapuri Shakti Peeth, we greet the sunrise not just with asanas, but with a prayer in motion. This is sacred yoga dance, where every movement is an offering to the divine energy that awakens with the dawn in the Himalayas.

On the banks of Maa Ganga in Rishikesh, we connect with the eternal flow. This yoga dance is a dedication to Lord Shiva, the Adiyogi, feeling his energy in the rhythm of the river and the stillness of the mountains.

Just as flowing water remains pure, a mind that lets thoughts flow remains clear. If your mind feels stuck, come to nature. Prakriti ke paas aaiye. Here, by the stream, we learn to let go and find our natural state of purity.

Finding stillness in the midst of powerful motion. Here, practicing Bakasana on a waterfall, I connect with the raw energy of nature. This is what our practice is about: finding your balance and strength no matter the external chaos.

Every asana has a story. Garudasana, the Eagle Pose, teaches us about focus and devotion through the tale of Garuda, who chose service over power. In my sessions, we explore these stories to understand the deeper meaning of our practice.

This is a small window into our Rishikesh yoga retreat. It is more than a trip; it is a homecoming for the soul, filled with deep practice, satsang, and moments of quiet connection by the Ganga.

The core of my teaching is to help you realize: main vyakti nahi hoon, main shakti hoon. I am not the person, I am the power. This understanding comes when we drop the ego and recognize the divine force that moves through us all.

From above, you see not just bodies, but a mandala of energy. Our community practicing in unison creates a powerful circle of shared intention and peace. This is the beauty of practicing together.
