Our retreats are not strict boot camps. We balance disciplined daily Hatha and Ashtanga flows with genuine downtime, including bonfire nights, nature treks, and local temple visits. - Philosophy & Discussion: We go beyond asanas, sharing insights on Karma Yog and how to manage modern stress with ancient wisdom.
- Community Living: The magic happens in the shared meals, group chants, and spontaneous laughs around a bonfire. Friendships made here often last long after the trip.
