About A Glimpse into Our Rishikesh Retreats
Thoda mehnat, solid result. My retreats are not luxury holidays; they are an immersion into discipline and nature. You will be trekking to Kunjapuri at sunrise, practicing daily Hatha yoga on the Ganga banks, and eating strictly Sattvic meals. Come prepared to move your body as much as you quiet your mind.
My time in Rishikesh is defined by the rhythm of the river and the silence of the mountains. We practice outdoors because nature is the best healer. Here is what you can expect when you join us:
The Daily Flow
We start early. Whether it is the Kunjapuri sunrise trek at 1,600m or meditation by the Ganga, every day is built to help you disconnect from digital noise. My Hatha yoga sessions focus on alignment and breath, using the environment to deepen your practice.
Why Rishikesh?
This city holds a specific energy. We visit sacred sites like the Ganga ghats for evening Aarti and use the natural setting for silent walking meditations. It is a place where you can finally sit with yourself, away from the demands of work and social pressure.
Practical Reality
- Accommodation: We stay in hygiene-checked guesthouses or hotels in Tapovan on a twin or triple-sharing basis. If you prefer solitude, the private room upgrade is recommended.
- Diet: We stick to Sattvic vegetarian food. This is part of the detox process to keep your body light and energetic for the sessions.
- Approach: I do not believe in forcing the body. We use props where needed to ensure safety, focusing on correct technique over complex poses. Whether you are battling back pain or just looking for a reset, we tailor the movement to what your body can handle.
