About Journey to Sacred Spaces
Expect a balance of physical challenge and cultural immersion rather than a strict boot camp. We are not just sitting in an ashram; you will be hiking to ancient temples in Chamba or meditating near the Pashupatinath temple in Nepal, with all local transport, accommodation, and meals managed by our team.
Why We Move Outside
I believe you cannot learn everything about life within four walls. My retreats are about stepping out to places with high spiritual energy—the ghats of Rishikesh, the peaks of Himachal, or the serene backwaters of Kerala. These environments allow you to disconnect from the daily grind and reconnect with your inner self.
The Daily Flow
We keep the schedule intentional but balanced. You will experience:
- Morning Flows: Hatha or Ashtanga sessions adapted to our surroundings, often outdoors.
- Cultural Immersion: Guided walks, temple visits, and local experiences that provide context to the region.
- Deep Work: Evening reflection sessions, philosophy talks, and meditation to ground your experiences.

This is not a silent, solitary experience. We foster a community vibe with bonfires, group chanting, and shared meals. You will find that the friendships formed here are the ones that actually stick. Whether you are a total beginner or a regular practitioner, the goal is simple: quiet the mind, free the body, and return home with a clearer perspective. All logistics, from airport pickups to local temple entries, are taken care of, so your only job is to show up and be present.
