Why Combat Fitness?
Most workouts just leave you gasping for air, but I want you ready for whatever life throws. My sessions aren’t about showing off - they’re about getting you combat ready, both in body and mind. If you’re bored of the usual gym stuff and want your fitness to actually mean something, you’ll vibe with this.
What’s My Style?
No show-sha (no flashiness) here. I focus on functional combat training. Every movement, whether you’re flipping a tire or throwing a punch, makes you more capable in real situations. Strength? Of course. But also, a mindset that doesn’t quit. Yeh sirf workout nahi, yeh zindagi ka tareeka hai (this isn't just a workout, it's a way of life).
What Happens In Class?
It’s 60-90 minutes of pure grind:
- Dynamic warm-up to kick things off.
- Explosive drills and partner stuff to build real strength.
- Core of the class is striking drills for beginners and regulars alike - best stress management through fitness, trust me!
- Pressure tests - we create real stress so you learn to stay cool and react fast.
- End with combat stretching for recovery and flexibility.
