36-Session Combat Training Block
Core Training & Access
- 36 Flexible Credits: Access to 36 sessions (approx. 90 mins each) valid for extended periods to accommodate travel or work breaks.
- Drill Sergeant Coaching: Instruction by Kaustav or senior instructors with a strict, direct, and non-coddling style.
- Syllabus: Covers high-intensity Krav Maga striking, kicks, break-falls, and street safety basics.
Facility & Gear
- Training Environment: Access to CR Park (Basement) or Gurgaon floors. Expect industrial fans, 20mm EVA jigsaw mats, and a hardcore atmosphere.
- Communal Equipment: Usage of heavy bags (vinyl/leather), Thai pads, and kick shields.
- Conditioning Tools: Access to tractor tires, medicine balls (5kg-10kg), and focus mitts for strength drills.
Monthly Weekend Warrior Pass (Gurgaon)
Schedule & Location
- Weekend Access: Entry to Saturday and Sunday morning batches (08:00 AM - 09:30 AM) only.
- Location: DLF Phase 5 shared studio space.
Curriculum Focus
- Condensed Syllabus: High-yield techniques designed for retention over one-week gaps.
- Combat Cardio: Heavy emphasis on calorie burn (approx. 800-1000) and stress relief to offset sedentary corporate weeks.
10-Day Civilian-to-Warrior Bootcamp
The Grind
- 60 Hours Instruction: 6 hours per day for 10 straight days. Includes outdoor drills on concrete to simulate real-world friction.
- Comprehensive Syllabus: Rapid execution of defenses against chokes, knife threats, and ground survival.
- Stress Inoculation: Drills involving physical fatigue followed by immediate decision-making challenges.
Hard Goods & Certification
- Assessment: Final phase testing for Level Completion.

Single-Day Specialized Threat Workshop
Workshop Scope
- Topic Specific: 3 to 4 hours of deep-dive training on a single theme (e.g., Anti-Carjacking, Stick Attacks, or Women's Safety).
- Role-Play Drills: Partners act as aggressors using protective pads to simulate realistic attack dynamics.
- Expert Q&A: Direct access for specific personal safety queries.

Why Combat Fitness?
Most workouts just leave you gasping for air, but I want you ready for whatever life throws. My sessions aren’t about showing off - they’re about getting you combat ready, both in body and mind. If you’re bored of the usual gym stuff and want your fitness to actually mean something, you’ll vibe with this.
What’s My Style?
No show-sha (no flashiness) here. I focus on functional combat training. Every movement, whether you’re flipping a tire or throwing a punch, makes you more capable in real situations. Strength? Of course. But also, a mindset that doesn’t quit. Yeh sirf workout nahi, yeh zindagi ka tareeka hai (this isn't just a workout, it's a way of life).
What Happens In Class?
It’s 60-90 minutes of pure grind:
- Dynamic warm-up to kick things off.
- Explosive drills and partner stuff to build real strength.
- Core of the class is striking drills for beginners and regulars alike - best stress management through fitness, trust me!
- Pressure tests - we create real stress so you learn to stay cool and react fast.
- End with combat stretching for recovery and flexibility.

My Story
Started Contact Combat India in 2014, just wanting to teach survival, not show-off moves. Dekho, real fights are messy, not filmi. Trained with cops, army, even Bollywood folks, but when it’s serious, simple moves matter. Krav Maga, Jujitsu, tactical shooting – I teach all. Maine Delhi Police ke saath 50,000+ mahilaon ko train kiya hai (trained 50,000+ women with Delhi Police). Yeh kaam nahi, mission hai – build confidence, be street-ready, not just gym-fit.

Krav Maga, Kickboxing & Crash Courses - We run classes, crash courses, and online training for Israeli Krav Maga, Kickboxing, and street survival self-defense.
Specialized Workshops - Workshops on anti-carjacking, weapon disarmament techniques, VIP protection, and functional fitness. Real threats, real solutions.
For Everyone - Civilians, cops, kids, security folks, women. Beginner or pro, sabke liye hai (for everyone). Only need will to learn.
Stress-Based Scenario Training - No theory, only practical. We train you under pressure, so you react for real, not freeze. Muscle memory, mental toughness.
