I’ll be honest, I get bored of the same treadmill grind too. At Relive Fitness, I make sure our sessions feel less like a chore and more like a group hangout where you just happen to get stronger. Every week is a mix - some days you’ll find us sweating it out with HIIT group workouts, smashing through full-body strength routines, and other days, we’ll be bossing functional fitness circuits or doing resistance band training. You won’t know what’s coming, but you’ll definitely leave feeling worked (in a good way).
