Monthly Group Batch Access
Training Format
- Daily Batches: Access to 1-hour scheduled group sessions.
- Supervision: Floor trainer guidance in a group setting (approx. 1:12 ratio), distinct from 1-on-1 personal training.
- Workout Styles: Rotating mix of Strength & Conditioning, HIIT, CrossFit-style circuits, and shadow boxing.
Equipment & Facility
- Indoor Studio: Air-conditioned space with laminate flooring and mirrors for form checks.
- Outdoor Zone: Covered industrial area for raw functional training.
- Gear Inventory: Usage of rubber hex dumbbells, battle ropes, agility ladders, and step boards.
- No Heavy Machinery: Training relies on free weights and body weight; no treadmills, lat-pulldowns, or Smith machines available.
Basic Amenities
- Utilities: Drinking water refill station and basic functional changing area.
- Parking: Availability of shared street or society parking.

I’ll be honest, I get bored of the same treadmill grind too. At Relive Fitness, I make sure our sessions feel less like a chore and more like a group hangout where you just happen to get stronger. It’s all about making you want to show up again tomorrow. Thoda fun toh banta hai na (A little fun is a must, right)?
What’s Different Here
Every week is a mix - some days you’ll find us sweating it out with HIIT group workouts, smashing through full-body strength routines, and other days, we’ll be bossing functional fitness circuits or doing resistance band training. You won’t know what’s coming, but you’ll definitely leave feeling worked (in a good way).

My Story
Hurrrrraaaayyyyy! Relive Fitness is finally up and running - feels unreal. We started out with just a bare room and a wild dream. The energy here now? Magic. We wanted more than just a gym, you know? A place where you could sweat it out in Zumba, chill in Iyengar rope yoga, or watch your kids smash it in kids' CrossFit. We’re all about cheering each other on, building a real fitness family. Come hang out, let’s relive fitness together!
